Gordon Max & Co. will not be responsible for any defect or loss of simulated gemstone(s) from a LSD (Loose Simulated Diamond) 18K, any PRTW (Plated Ready to Wear) purchased or from a setting done by any other sources. Guarantee for PRTW expires 6 months from date of purchase. This guarantee does NOT cover tarnishing of any PRTW pieces. Plated products will eventually tarnish due to individual's wear and tear, perspiration or contact with any chemicals (regardless of duration).
Item(s) sold is not refundable or returnable and Gordon Max & Co. does not re-purchase product from customer. Exchange is applicable ONLY for PRTW item(s) within 3 working days, at full value for a new purchase of equal or higher price item(s), with the following conditions:
- The item must be in original condition accompanied by original guarantee policy slip.
- Exchange must be at the same shop where the purchase was initially made.
- For item(s) exchanged with a lower price, the difference will not be refunded to the customer.

I DON'T KNOW MY RING SIZE
For a comfortable feel of the ring on the fingers, follow these tips in getting the correct ring size.
- Do your measuring at the end of the day when the fingers are at their largest.
- Warm up your fingers before measuring
- Wider ring designs requires a slightly bigger ring size
- Wrap a piece of string around your finger and mark the point where you find your right size.
- Measure against a ruler to get the circumference of your finger.
- To get the diameter of your finger divide it by 3.14.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY GORDONMAX JEWELRY?
This depends on the stock-at-hand and our workshop. But normally, Silver Collection pieces can be shipped within 21 days; while 18K/750 will take up to 45 days. Nevertheless, you can email us your desired order and we will notify you as soon as possible.
