Guarantee


a. This guarantee does not extend to any defect caused by any forms of accidents.

b. Defect(s) discovered on the purchase LSD / LSD18K / PRTW after payment, is NOT under guarantee.

c. All GordonMax & Co. LSD are guaranteed for their original COLOUR, BRILLIANCE and FIRE only.

d. GordonMax & Co. advises customer to set LSD using 18K gold by a recommended authorised jeweller.

e. GordonMax & Co. will not be responsible for any defect or loss of simulated gemstone(s) from a LSD 18K, any PRTW purchased or from a setting done by any other sources.

f. Guarantee for PRTW expires 6 months from date of purchase. This guarantee does NOT cover tarnishing of any PRTW pieces. like any other plated product, it will eventually tarnish due to individual's wear and tear, perspiration or in contact with any chemicals regardless of any duration.


Refund


Item(s) sold is not refundable or returnable and GordonMax & Co. does not re-purchase product from customer.

In the unlikely event that we are not able to fulfil your order after payment, you will receive a full refund. If there is an error in fulfilment of your order, please contact us and we will correct the error or refund as necessary. We reserve the right to request return of print or gift items before a refund will be issued.

Return Policy


IMPORTANT! As of all GordonMax jewellery are custom made to your size and order, please take note that we do not accept returns due to change of mind. We do a strict quality check prior to shipping, if you should receive any defective items, damaged or an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days upon receiving your package.
