Gordon Max eco-diamonds boast to have the same eye appeal as naturally mined diamonds. Each stone goes through a very strict quality check before it is sent to our diamond Master-cutters, which is then hand-cut and hand-polished to ensure maximum reflection and brilliance.
Compared to natural diamonds Mohs’ scale of mineral hardness of 10, Gordon Max eco-diamond scores at 8.5 – 9, which is similar to sapphires. It does not share any chemical properties with natural diamonds. Every clear-cut Gordon Max eco-diamonds are guaranteed to be D-colour with VVS1 clarity.

Laboratory-Grown Diamonds
Laboratory-grown diamonds, synthetic diamonds, Type II-a, or cultured diamonds based on FTC (Federal Trade Commission) are real diamonds. Gordon Max’s cultured diamonds have the same physical, optical, and chemical properties as natural diamonds. Lab-grown diamonds are impossible to distinguish from naturally mined diamonds and can only be identified with extensive scientific testing using specialized equipment.
