Every Gordon Max Premium Eco-Diamond is backed by a lifetime warranty covering colour, lustre, and brilliance. If your Eco-Diamond experiences discolouration or loss of brilliance under normal wear conditions, we will replace it free of charge.

This warranty does not cover chips, cracks, breakage, loss, theft, or damage resulting from impact, misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

If you want to give your diamond extra sparkle you can simply clean it with lukewarm soapy water before gently patting dry with a soft cloth.
