HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CUSTOMIZE?

Jewelry customisation like rings, earrings, necklaces & bracelets normally takes 3 – 4 weeks to create on average. While intricate designs will take 8 – 12 weeks.

CAN I PROVIDE A DESIGN TO FOLLOW?

Our jewelry designers will turn your dreams into reality! Whether you have a vintage-inspired piece or something completely unique in mind, our experts can make it happen. Once a deposit has been made you’ll receive a detailed 3D design for approval before we get started on your masterpiece.

WILL IT BE AFFORDABLE TO CUSTOMISE?

Yes. Since the design will not be mass-produced and displayed in the boutique. The customization will be more affordable than buying the display.

IS THERE A RETURN WARRANTY FOR THE RING?

Customization is non-returnable and non-refundable. Each customization is a final sale.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE DESIGN?

You can make changes to the design even when the final product has been made. Additional charges will be involved depending on the changes.

IS THIS CONFLICT-FREE?

Yes, all the stones are made sustainably and metals used are reclaimed metals.

WHAT’S THE SHIPPING COST?

We have a free world wide shipping. International orders will be delivered on a duty unpaid basis. The recipient is responsible for paying all customs and clearance related taxes.
