DESIGNED AROUND YOUR STORY

Custom Engagement Rings in Kuala Lumpur

Design a ring around your story

A custom engagement ring lets you bring personal preferences into the design, from the stone shape and setting to the metal and finishing details. You may have a reference photograph, an existing ring to coordinate with or a broad idea that needs refinement. A clear brief helps the design conversation move forward.

Prepare before your consultation

Collect reference images and identify what you like about each one. Note your preferred shape, setting style, metal colour, approximate budget and any practical requirements. If the ring needs to sit alongside an existing band, bring it or provide accurate measurements where possible.

Explore stones and materials

Gordon Max offers proprietary Premium Eco-Diamonds and a range of jewellery designs. Eco-Diamonds are lab-made stones designed to recreate the visual appeal of natural mined diamonds; they are not mined or laboratory-grown diamonds. Ask about available shapes, colours and sizes, and confirm the metal options offered for the design.

Understand the bespoke process

Before proceeding, ask how the design will be presented for approval, what the quoted price includes, how long production is expected to take and whether changes after approval incur extra charges. Timelines depend on complexity and current production capacity, so obtain an estimate for your specific project.

Review the terms carefully

Bespoke jewellery can have different return, exchange and cancellation conditions from ready-made items. Ask for the current written policy before placing a deposit. Confirm separately the warranty applicable to the stone and the setting.
