We ship to over 30 countries around the world including the United States, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Australia, New Zealand and many others.

Gordon Max offers a lifetime warranty on colour, lustre and brilliance for all our eco-diamonds. In order to achieve a lifetime of beauty and brilliance, all our eco-diamonds are individually hand-cut and hand-polished according to the highest industry standards. We will gladly replace any of our eco-diamonds if discolouration or compromised brilliance has occurred from normal wear.

At Gordon Max, we want every purchase to be made with confidence. That’s why we offer a 30-day window for returns, exchanges, and credit notes — with specific guidelines depending on the item.

What You Can Expect:
  • Refunds – available only on untampered loose Eco-Diamonds with the sealed Gordon Max case intact.

  • Exchanges – available on eligible jewellery pieces returned in unworn, original condition.

  • Credit notes – store credit can be issued toward a future purchase.

Non-Eligible Items:
  • Customised or bespoke orders

  • Loose Eco-Diamonds with a tampered Gordon Max sealed case

  • Items purchased on sale

Return Process:
  1. Request Authorization – Email us within the return period to request a Return Authorization Code before shipping your item.

  2. Prepare Your Item – Ensure all original packaging, documents, and certificates (if issued) are included. Returns without the Gordon Max diamond certificate (if applicable) cannot be processed.

  3. Shipping & Insurance – Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. Gordon Max is not liable for lost or uninsured items in transit.

  4. Inspection – Upon receipt, our experts will carefully inspect the item. You will receive a confirmation email once it arrives, and we will notify you if there are any issues.

  5. Completion – After inspection, we will process your exchange, credit, or refund (as applicable). Please allow a few business days for this process.

Note: Processing fees (10% Stripe charges) and shipping costs are non-refundable.

At Gordon Max, each piece is crafted with the highest care and attention. Because of the bespoke and high-value nature of our jewellery, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

To give you peace of mind, we provide a 30-day exchange and credit note policy:

  • Exchange – select another piece that better suits your preference.

  • Credit note – receive store credit to use toward a future purchase.

Items not eligible for exchange or credit:
  • Customised or bespoke orders

  • Loose Eco-Diamonds with a tampered Gordon Max sealed case

  • Items purchased on sale

Return Requirements:
  • All returns must be shipped back (at the customer’s cost) within 30 days in new, unworn condition.

  • Original invoice must be included.

  • For Eco-Diamonds, the Gordon Max seal must be untampered.

Please note: Processing fees (10% Stripe charges) and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gordon Max does not accept returns for cultured diamonds and eco-diamonds once the warranty seal has been broken. Ensure that the gem is the item you ordered before opening the secure package. Gordon Max does not accept returns for jewellery that has been resized, engraved or damaged. Returns without official return codes, missing paperwork, packaging or products will not be processed. We do not accept items that have been shipped past 30 days or C.O.D. deliveries.

If you would like to cancel an order please email us immediately. We will try our best to accommodate your request. We are unable to accommodate cancellations on special requests or items that have already shipped.

Currently, Gordon Max offers FREE shipping for all international customers with a minimum purchase of US$1,000. This complimentary service is for a limited period only. Shipping within Singapore and Malaysia is free with no minimum purchase.

International orders will be delivered on a duty unpaid basis. The recipient is responsible for paying all customs and clearance related taxes based on the full purchase price reflected on the commercial invoice. All international shipments are subject to the customs laws set by your own country. Gordon Max has no control over these customs duties, taxes or charges. Please contact your customs department directly should you have any questions or concerns with regards to your order from gordonmax.com

International orders may be subject to inspection by your local customs. To facilitate the customs clearance process, any information about your order and shipment will be given to the relevant authorities.

Your order may take between 7 to 21 days for delivery depending on your customs clearance. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and shipment tracking number. Made-to-order items will take longer, we will inform you of the estimated delivery date via email.

Payment Methods

All our online store prices are in SG$ or US$ depending on your location. Prices may vary from online to in-store pricing.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address (the address your credit card provider has on file for the credit card you are using) when completing your order. Incorrect information will cause your order to be declined.

For bank wire payments, please order products as per normal and we will ship the product to you once we have received the full payment. Please note that we will only hold the product for ten business days before we list it in the online shop again. Bank wires usually take up to three business days. Kindly ensure that your bank has included the transmission fee when processing your bank wire. Gordon Max is not responsible for any transmission fees incurred by your bank wire.

International Orders

All of our eco-friendly fine jewelry is crafted for you using standard American ring sizing. Since each ring is made to order, we can craft for you in any size you need including whole, half, and three-quarter sizes. Gordon Max is proud to ship to our international customers in many countries around the globe. Currently, Gordon Max offers FREE shipping for all international customers with purchases of $1,000 and above. This complimentary service is for a limited period only. Prior to delivery to the recipient, the shipment may be subject to the customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges of the destination country. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs with questions about additional fees and processes regarding your order from Gordon Max. International orders are shipped using FedEx International Priority and are sent fully insured. FedEx International Priority has an estimated ship time of 1-3 business days to the country of destination and then it is up to customs to release the package to you. From our experience, depending on the country and delivery area we have seen this take anywhere from 1-10 business days. For more accurate delivery estimates please contact one of our customer service representatives and we would be happy to look this up for you.

The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs either our shipper, FedEx, or the customs office may contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due. Should the recipient refuse the shipment or the package be undeliverable and returned back to Gordon Max, Gordon Max will consider your shipment an automatic return of goods. The original recipient will be responsible for any return shipping or import fees imposed on Gordon Max either by the courier, FedEx, or the importing country. The original recipient’s payment to Gordon Max will be refunded less these fees. Australian orders may be entitled to preferential rates of customs duties through the AUSFTA. Please note that products shipped internationally may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labelling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country.

Please note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Additionally, information about your order, shipment, and products contained therein may be communicated to our shippers and the customs authorities as part of the customs clearance process.

All repair and warranty requests are done in Singapore at our headquarters. International customers are responsible for the shipping to and from our location in Singapore. Please contact one of our Customer Service Specialist for questions regarding a repair or warranty evaluation.
